Kitty is quite indulgent in all sorts of feng shui and horoscope pursuits. Kitty hears so much about Nero's ability in changing his customers' luck and she pays a consultation visit to Nero. Kitty is the illegitimate daughter of a very rich man and she could inherit half of his wealth if she had not become a criminal by the age of twenty-five, Kitty's step mother hired a famous feng shui expert, Diesel, to continually cast all kinds of spells on Kitty. Nero decides that he should help Kitty and he becomes Kitty's adviser. A fierce battle of feng shui and horoscope techniques ensues...
