It's a horror movie attempting the issue of bullying. It attempts to be campy in its psychotic violence but fails to maintain a coherent story. The attempt is decent, but its quality is very inconsistent.
There seems to be a lot of emphasis put on the film's 'big names' like Kane Hodder and Bill Moseley, despite their characters not being focal points throughout the film. This seems more like an attempt to profit off of horror icons rather than make an enjoyable film with an important message.
A bit disappointed since the critics seemed to somewhat enjoy it.
