  • Season 9 Overdue!!!

I agree with TV Critic 1972. Where the heck is the new episode that aired July 5 and where's the Season Pass for season 9? Since I bailed on cable TV, I rely on iTunes to stay up to date with No Reservations. What's the delay?

Anthony Bourdain is one of the best, but where is the Caribbean episode that just aired from his new season on July 5th? It's been 2 days now. I don't know if it's the fault of iTunes or the Travel Channel.

These guys are almost American, (Let's just say they're from Texas) I never knew there was this much humor across the pond... Haha!!!
  • Finally! Ecuador!

The Bourdan episode for Ecuador is on e fo the best I've seen in a while. This country tottally surpasses the expectations of anybody who goes, and it is a foodie's paradise. If you notice, by maybe half the episode Bourdain has already described more than 10 or 15 dishes, and at least LIKED every one of them (most he LOVED). Good job on the show Anthony!
  • Credit card scam?

I am really happy with all of the new episodes so far. The sarcasm and wit is at an all time high along with the camera work. But what is up with the Chase Saphire credit card shots? Is the Travel Channel in such a hard spot economically that they had to start taking corporate sponsors for No Reservations? I buy these shows so I don't have to watch commercials and now they are being snuck into the content! Blah. But that's just my personal gripe. 3 seconds of credit card pan won't ruin my life.
  • One of the best shows

This show is hands down the best show on the Travel Channel, and I think on television. This season is definitely my favorite. I think Istanbul is my favorite episode, but Brittany is great also. Anthony Bourdain's humor is what makes the show, its hilarious. He really gets to the heart of the place he visits, he points out the ridiculous and the sublime. I definitely recommend buying some episodes of this show.
  • It really does keep getting better

I have been a fan of Bourdain since "a cook's tour", I have a few of his books, and have been a fan of this series since day 1. Its really amazing to see how this show has progressed through the years. I was thrilled to see the team win an Emmy, and im sure there are more on the way. This is by far the best show on TV, exploring culture, food, as if you are side by side with Tony...and with the high level of writing and cinematography, you get quite a bargain for a season price for 14.99. I really hope this show never ends, if Tony does someday decide to do something else, then the rest of the team's creative vision would still keep me watching, even with another host. Zero point zero + Tony Bourdain = 2 thumbs way up, five star by default. thanks for so many enjoyable episodes!
